"Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me." -2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT)
Work With Me
Welcome to Grace and Glory Virtual Services! I’m Melissa, the heart behind this business, and I’m passionate about serving Christian women in all walks of life, with a special heart for unburdening the chronically ill and disabled. Through intentional Facebook group and page management, moderation in chats, other online communities, and private events, as well as organizing and decluttering old records and files, I strive to create spaces that reflect God’s love and care.
My professional journey began at the age of 15, working in the library system where I developed a strong foundation in organization, cataloging, and managing digital records. These early experiences taught me the value of creating order and systems that make life easier for others, a skill I continue to bring to every aspect of my work today.
Since then, I’ve built a career that spans roles in nonprofit administration, social media moderation, and running my own online gift business. Each step has been guided by my faith and a deep commitment to serving others with excellence, kindness, and integrity.
At Grace and Glory Virtual Services, I specialize in managing online communities and Facebook pages where members and followers feel heard, supported, and uplifted. Whether it’s managing content, fostering engagement, moderating discussions, or organizing and streamlining records, my goal is to be God’s hands and feet in the digital space.
When I’m not working, I cherish my time with my husband of 18 years and our two beloved fur children. We’re active members of our Rejoice Free Will Baptist church family, where our faith continues to inspire and guide our lives.
Let’s work together to create a vibrant, Christ-centered online community!
Melissa Smith is a very kind and helpful person. She has been a trusted co-admin for years. When I’ve been ill, had surgery, or was otherwise unavailable, she ran the group smoothly and made the group a pleasant place to be. When there is a problem, she addresses it calmly and helps find a solution. I would recommend her for a job working with others.”
